1. The Food World Live the Good Life ® Promotion will run from Saturday 25 July to Friday 2 October 2015
2. The promotion is open to ALL Food World customers except employees of Food World, advertising agencies and their immediate family members.
3. All participants and winners who are under the age of 18 must be assisted to the extent necessary by a parent or legal guardian.
4. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the rules which will be interpreted by the Food World appointed judges, whose decisions regarding any disputes is final and binding.
5. Food World Supermarkets reserves the right to amend, modify or change any rules at any time during the duration of the promotion
6. All participants and winners indemnify Food World Supermarkets, their advertising agencies and partners against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their right to use any photography or video footage captured during the course of the promotion for print or for electronic media at no fee.
7. To qualify or enter the promotion, participants need to satisfy the minimum requirements as stated in the public print media and in store.
8. To redeem prizes, winning participants must be present on the day, and also produce sufficient identification.
